About this role

You will review abuse reports, policy edge cases, and account-risk signals to keep Sequester safe for legitimate users???balancing enforcement with respect for privacy and due process.

What you will do

• Review user reports, spam patterns, and suspicious account behavior against published policies
• Document decisions with enough context for audit and escalation to legal or leadership when needed
• Coordinate with Support on account actions, appeals, and communication templates for affected users
• Track emerging abuse trends (credential stuffing, harassment, impersonation) and propose detection improvements
• Help refine Trust & Safety playbooks as the product and user base grow

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in trust & safety, moderation, or fraud ops for a consumer platform
• Sound judgment under ambiguity and comfort making proportionate enforcement calls
• Familiarity with privacy-sensitive environments where access to user content is tightly controlled
• Detail-oriented case notes and respect for confidential workflows
