About this role

You will manually exercise Sequester on real devices???finding UX friction, regression bugs, and privacy-adjacent edge cases before releases reach users.

What you will do

• Execute structured test plans across iOS and Android builds for core vault, camera, backup, and auth flows
• Log reproducible bugs with videos, logs, and severity ratings in the team's issue tracker
• Perform exploratory testing on new features, locale builds, and OS version betas
• Verify fixes in staging before sign-off for production release
• Maintain a device lab matrix (OS versions, screen sizes, low-storage scenarios)

What we are looking for

• Hands-on mobile QA experience with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to write clear bug reports engineers can act on without a meeting
• Familiarity with TestFlight, Play internal testing, or similar distribution channels
• Curiosity about encryption, permissions, and offline behavior on mobile

Remote-friendly. We hire globally and collaborate async-first across time zones.
