About this role

You will work hands-on with Sequester's physical infrastructure???rack, stack, and maintain servers and network gear so cloud-adjacent workloads stay on reliable metal.

What you will do

• Receive, inventory, and install servers, PDUs, and networking hardware
• Perform cable management, labeling, and physical security checks in rack rows
• Execute hardware diagnostics, part replacements, and firmware flashes on site or via remote hands
• Support capacity expansion projects with lift plans and power budgeting
• Maintain spares inventory and coordinate vendor maintenance windows

What we are looking for

• Datacenter technician experience with enterprise server hardware (Dell, HPE, Supermicro)
• Ability to follow detailed work orders and safety procedures
• Basic understanding of IPMI, KVM, and serial console access
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in controlled facility environments
