About this role

You will glue development and operations together???pipelines, environments, secrets, and deploy automation???so Sequester ships frequently without surprises.

What you will do

• Maintain CI/CD for backend services, workers, and infrastructure changes
• Manage secrets rotation, environment parity, and config drift detection
• Support developers with local/staging parity and documented bootstrap scripts
• Implement deployment safeguards (manual approvals, smoke tests, automatic rollback triggers)
• Collaborate with SRE on incident fixes that require pipeline or config changes

What we are looking for

• DevOps experience with Git-based workflows and container or VM deploys
• Scripting proficiency and comfort reading application Dockerfiles/IIS configs as needed
• Security collaboration on SBOM, dependency scanning, and least-privilege deploy roles
• Pragmatic automation???solve real pain, not infinite YAML
