About this role

You will be on the front line when something goes wrong???containing breaches, preserving evidence, and restoring safe operations while keeping users and regulators informed as needed.

What you will do

• Activate IR playbooks for suspected compromise, data exposure, or service abuse at scale
• Collect and chain-of-custody logs, disk images, and cloud snapshots for investigation
• Coordinate containment (credential rotation, WAF rules, service isolation) with Infra and App teams
• Draft timeline-based incident reports for leadership and external counsel when required
• Run post-incident reviews and track corrective actions to completion

What we are looking for

• Hands-on incident response experience in cloud-hosted SaaS environments
• Familiarity with forensic tooling and evidence preservation standards
• Ability to work under pressure with partial information
• Background screening required; experience with privacy-regulated incidents is a plus
