About this role
You will lock down the keys to the kingdom???PAM, break-glass accounts, session recording, and just-in-time access for admins touching production and key systems.
What you will do
- Deploy and maintain privileged access management for servers, databases, and cloud consoles
- Enforce session recording, approval workflows, and time-bound elevation
- Integrate PAM with SIEM for anomaly detection on admin activity
- Define break-glass procedures with post-use review requirements
- Partner with IAM on role design that minimizes standing admin access
What we are looking for
- PAM platform experience (CyberArk, StrongDM, Teleport, or equivalent)
- Production admin background with security-first mindset
- Understanding of audit requirements for privileged sessions
- Tier-4 access tier: background, credentials, bonding per policy
