About this role

You will run the hiring machine behind Sequester's careers portal???keeping pipelines moving, candidates informed, and interviewers prepared across technical and non-technical roles.

What you will do

• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain accurate status in the applicant tracking workflow
• Draft candidate communications (screen invites, rejections, offer prep) aligned with Sequester tone
• Support job posting updates on careers.sequester.app and internal hiring briefs for new reqs
• Coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding handoffs for accepted offers
• Report weekly funnel metrics (source, stage drop-off, time-to-fill) to hiring managers

What we are looking for

• Recruiting coordination or HR ops experience, ideally at a remote-first tech company
• Excellent calendar management and confidentiality with candidate PII
• Clear, warm written communication under tight timelines
• Comfort working with technical hiring loops (engineering, security, infrastructure)

Location

Remote-friendly. We hire globally and collaborate async-first across time zones.
