About this role

You will simulate advanced adversaries against Sequester???chaining people, process, and technical gaps to show where real attackers would succeed before we fix it first.

What you will do

• Plan and execute red team campaigns with scoped objectives and legal guardrails
• Develop custom tooling, phishing simulations, and physical/social vectors where in scope
• Coordinate with blue team for purple exercises and detection validation
• Deliver executive-readable reports with prioritized remediation roadmaps
• Maintain TTP library relevant to credential theft and cloud pivoting

What we are looking for

• Red team or offensive security experience with full-chain engagements
• Stealth and operational security discipline in live environments
• Strong debrief facilitation???constructive, not theatrical
• Background screening and tier-4 access requirements

Remote-friendly. We hire globally and collaborate async-first across time zones.
