About this role
You will draw the map attackers see???defining Sequester's security architecture, trust boundaries, and control framework across client, cloud, and operations.
What you will do
- Maintain enterprise security architecture diagrams and data-flow documentation
- Lead threat modeling sessions for major initiatives (new regions, B2B, partnerships)
- Define security standards for engineering (logging, secrets, encryption, SDLC gates)
- Evaluate vendor and integration risk before new third-party connections go live
- Present architecture risks and mitigation roadmaps to leadership
What we are looking for
- Security architecture experience in SaaS handling sensitive user data
- Framework familiarity (NIST, ISO 27001 concepts, SOC2 control mapping)
- Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional design reviews
- Ability to balance user privacy, usability, and defensive depth
