About this role

You will lead technical delivery on high-impact Sequester features???mentoring others, making architectural calls, and keeping quality high as the codebase and team grow.

What you will do

• Own complex epics (backup v2, sharing controls, enterprise features) from design to production
• Review code for correctness, security, and maintainability across mobile and backend
• Break down ambiguous product asks into incremental, shippable milestones
• Improve engineering standards: lint rules, CI gates, observability conventions
• Pair with junior engineers and unblock cross-team dependencies

What we are looking for

• 5+ years shipping production software with evidence of technical leadership
• Depth in at least one of mobile, backend, or infra-adjacent application layers
• Strong communication in remote, async environments
• Track record of mentoring and raising team output???not solo heroics
