About this role

You will help Sequester listen to users???scheduling interviews, synthesizing feedback, and spotting usability friction in flows where trust and clarity matter most.

What you will do

• Recruit participants for moderated and unmoderated studies across personas
• Take structured notes and tag themes (onboarding, backup anxiety, sharing fears)
• Assist with usability test scripts and prototype walkthroughs
• Maintain research repository accessible to Product and Design
• Summarize findings into actionable recommendations???not raw transcript dumps

What we are looking for

• UX research assistant or customer research coordination experience
• Empathy and neutrality when users describe sensitive use cases
• Strong note-taking and synthesis skills
• Comfort with remote research tools (Zoom, Maze, UserTesting, or similar)

Location

Remote-friendly. We hire globally and collaborate async-first across time zones.
