About this role
You will own the lifecycle of vulnerabilities at Sequester???from scanner output to patched production???prioritizing what actually matters to users holding encrypted media.
What you will do
- Operate vulnerability scanning for servers, containers, dependencies, and external surface
- Risk-score findings using exploitability, asset criticality, and compensating controls
- Drive SLAs for remediation with engineering owners and track exceptions with expiry
- Report trending metrics (mean time to remediate, backlog age) to security leadership
- Validate patches and config changes in staging before production rollout
What we are looking for
- Vulnerability management or security engineering experience at scale
- Knowledge of CVSS, EPSS, and practical prioritization beyond raw scores
- Experience with container/image scanning and dependency SCA tools
- Strong stakeholder management with infra and dev teams
Location
