About this role

You will own core server platforms at Sequester???designing stable images, automation, and operational standards that Infrastructure and SRE teams can build on.

What you will do

• Administer Linux (and supporting Windows) fleets: patching, LDAP/SSSD, sudo policy, logging agents
• Build configuration management (Ansible/Salt/Chef) for repeatable server provisioning
• Lead major OS upgrades and kernel migrations with rollback plans
• Define backup, monitoring, and capacity standards for stateful services
• Mentor technicians and review change requests for production impact

What we are looking for

• 7+ years systems administration in 24/7 production environments
• Strong scripting (Bash/Python) and infrastructure-as-code habits
• Experience hardening servers for security-sensitive workloads
• Clear documentation and change-management discipline
