About this role

We are hiring a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure & Reliability team. This is a remote-friendly role for someone who wants to help build and operate products where privacy is the default.

What you will do

• Contribute to Sequester's mission with hands-on work in your area of expertise
• Collaborate async-first with engineers, operators, and product teammates across time zones
• Help improve quality, security, and the experience for Sequester users and creators
• Document decisions, share context clearly, and raise risks early

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience for a Senior Systems Administrator role, with curiosity about privacy and security
• Strong communication and ownership in a remote-friendly environment
• Comfort working independently while staying aligned with team priorities
